Clear and concise structure. Very friendly and professional. 3 stage interview with all expectations set clearly. Being interviewed by 3 different levels of management is very helpful to get to know the company more and understand the different level of experiences within the company.

Initial HR screening call, recruiter reached out to me in LinkedIn and suggested for to call me at certain time & date, never happen. Followed up with her and just went dark without any reason. I don't mind if we can't proceed but at least you have to notify the candidate. Totally unprofessional and just hurt the brand of yourself and the company
