Long process, online recorded interview, then in person interview and final assessment day held online. More, logic verbal and numerical tests in the middle. What they explicitly ask in the assessment center does not reflect what they consider in their final decision, so is better to think more widely about what is better to show in that day.

Interview
Two rounds of interview. First round with HR, Line Manager and Team Lead. I gave a short overview presentation about my career and work carried out. Few questions related to polymer basics, general questions like how do you see yourself after 5 years, define team etc. After clearance invited for second round for a technical seminar presentation. All team members present. Questions asked to assess self motivation and future plans. The process was quite gentle, smooth and peace.
