Boston Consulting Group Case Team Assistant interview questions

I had two interviews directly with the project team. Each was a standard 45-minute session combining a fit and case interview. The interviewers were very nice, answered my questions clearly, and made me feel at ease throughout the process.

1 hour interview with 2 case studies that should be related to the specific case they are hiring for, followed by questions on thought process and motivational questions. Interviewers were members of the case team and 1 hr person. They were friendly and direct with their feedback which is really helpful.
