They ghosted me after the final interview. 1.If your resume gets shortlisted, you get a call from their talent team. 2. Round 1 interview with research manager. 3. Round 2 interview with the research manager of the team that you are going to join. After my final interview, they never contacted me, no reply to mails or calls while I was waiting for the decision and feedback. When a candidate is interviewing for a company like BCG, expectations will be higher. I was completely disappointed with their hiring process, wish they had atleast sent a rejection mail.

Multiple rounds, fast process - until u are out. Have to follow up various time to check if i have passed. Test on past projects experience, knowledge on the sector
They do a consulting case in which you are supposed to resolve a customers problem. It was a rather mathematical probabilistic question. You had to give a creative and logical solution.
