3 questions not timed for video interview and can be rerecorded. Assessment day: 1. Group task with 10 minutes to read a document then discuss. Also given more info after 5 minutes, important to take note of this. 2. Presentation on BA's new investments, have to argue which is better and do a role play. 3. Interview - about 60 minutes long with BA employees, they were very kind. They ask everyone the same set of questions and they were all ones you could have predicted about BA and your competencies. They don't have your cv for this. Only annoying thing was I never received feedback from the assessment day. Probably due to the timing of COVID.
