There was a general feeling that they wanted to promote somone from within the department, which although, completely understandably - how do we improve the way we do things if we as a company are not preprared to take risks with people who have slightly different views / approaches
very very really good interview process with friendly hr and manager, notice the result quickly and I really appreciate the opportunity and the time as I learned a lot during the process
