The application process was quite simply, I had to answer three questions related to the requirements of the role and upload my CV. Within 4 weeks of submitting my application I was invited for an interview. I was interviewed by two Programme Managers. I also had to present a 10 mins presentation at the beginning of the interview and the interviewers as me questions about my presentation. This was then followed by the interview which was OK, one of the interviewers was particularly harsh and dismissive.
