      Interview

Fair questions. They will try to understand you as a person and understand what is important to you. There are also many situational questions. In other words, how would you react if x happened. Talking about relationships and synergies within the organisation is helpful. It is a huge company and being able to communicate well between departments is essential.

The assessment center takes an entire day and if successful it will be followed by a final interview. The assessment day had the following activities: - Work related case study to analyse and present - One on one interview - Group exercise - Have to re-do the online tests No feedback of the day is provided which is very annoying.
