In the beginning, I was phone-screened by hiring manager. After one week, I was interviewed with the group of the engineering and asked technical question, and introduction of myself. The third time, I was interviewed by director of the group. All of them were nice and didn't ask trick question, but very detailed in technical questions.

Only one round of interview and that too telephonic... For B. Tech. interns. The interview lasted for around 25 mins. Highly technical and no questions related to projects on resume. It was in the cpu verification so a deep knowledge of computer architecture was highly benefited...
