Broadcom interview questions

Interview was casual and not very formal. I talked to 6 engineers and the manager. They did not ask a lot of technical questions but wanted to understand my working style. They focus more upon the teamwork spirits and the problem solving capability instead of the real technical details.

3 rounds of phone interviews followed by an on-site interview. On-site interview includes 8 1-1 interviews, one hour for each. Mostly technical questions: design, os and programming questions.
