Resume got screened online. Got a call from the manager who scheduled the telephonic interview. He told that the position was primarily on vlsi testing.
The interview covered basic vlsi questions. The interviewer was very supportive.

I applied on line for this position. Few days, I received a call from the hiring manager (during the day) asking a some technical questions. I manage to clear this unscheduled phone interview (This was highly unusual since I was never notified) and was received a request for an in-person interview. From the beginning, this was very disorganized. I was interviewed with eight different and got rejected few days later.
