Referred by Employee. go 1-1 nonofficial interview first, then go for official interview. there are 3 interviewer at irvine and 3 at san jose. take about totally 3 hours. then after it is hr process. take a long time to know the offer and salary.

Interview
Profile was Software development for 4G System Design Engineering team. Interview started with first telephonic conversation, for around 1 hour. It was going through my resume, questions on undertaken project activities, communication engineering basics (OFDM, Spreading, Correlation etc), few questions on fixed point implementation. At the end of the conversation, I have been given details on job description and asked for face to face interview availability.
There were 5 rounds of interview including 1 HR during f2f. Questions were mostly on Wireless/ Digital communication fundamentals, few C coding questions (on bit reversal, generating mask, fixed point implementation etc). I was also asked about preference of the work profile giving multiple options.
At the end, looking at the performance in interview, they confirmed the offer.
