You talk about your past experiences and the projects you worked on? What was role on the projects you worked on? What was the outcome? Were you happy with the outcome? Why and what would have done differently?
Simple and normal. However even if you do the interview very well they will interview many folks behind you and you don't know how it will turn out on you eventually.

Multiple rounds with the design & product team. No diversity on the team and the DEI awareness is pretty low. I would not feel comfortable working on this team. UX process is not so mature - mostly about creating mocks, components and less about the user centered aspect of UX design.
