2 phone screenings each lasting about 30 minutes in a span of 2 weeks followed by onsite (an hour and half). The whole thing from first invite for interview till getting a decision took a solid one month with some nagging from my side.

Standard interview with no technical questions. Asked to give examples of times I had tested programs and found bugs. Anyone who shows a little interest could get the job. Pay was supposedly high for junior QA jobs and they said they would provide a housing stipend.
