I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CERN (Genf) in Mar 2024
Interview
The first interview process is through remote questions that you have to answer with real-time videos. You will be asked 3 questions; depending on the question you will have 2 or 1 minute to read the question and think about the answer, then you will have a similar amount of time to talk. Typically the questions are about yourself, why you want to work at CERN, what can you offer, the project you are most proud of, one mistake that you made in the past etc.
