CERN interview questions

The interviewers were cold from the start and made little effort to create a comfortable or constructive conversation. The technical part felt more like a university oral exam than an interview for someone who builds systems. Most questions focused on theoretical terminology and concept recall, rather than practical problem-solving, system design, debugging, or real engineering experience. Overall, the process did not feel collaborative and seemed to put little effort into understanding how I actually think through technical problems.
