CVS Health CSR interview questions

I had to create an account and watch online videos answer questions and take tests. It took a little time and there eventually became another account that i needed to sign into so it got confusing at one point. The in person interview with the hiring manager made it easier for me to understand after she explained it.

Everything was by email in the beginning. Sent link and met with someone. Nice and easy. Very professional, informative and was better than I had expected. I was impressed with the entire process.
