My interview experience with CVS was genuinely positive. The team made it clear that they valued both my time and my professional background. The conversation felt thoughtful and unhurried, and they showed real interest in getting to know me. They were also open and receptive to my questions, which created a comfortable and engaging atmosphere throughout the process. I felt excited about the possibility of a future with CVS.

Awful. I was on camera and the associate manager and team lead went off camera because they didn’t want it to be “distracting” and they asked about 10 questions back to back. Each question had about 2-3 parts. I would not receive any feedback on my answers nor could I see their faces. Just directly into the next question.

A lot of situational questions. “Tell me about a time when…” and most had several parts to them.
Only got to the recruiter interviews. Went over my background and job description. Was asked why I want this role. What makes me interested in CVS and how soon will I be able to start work
