CVS Health Customer Service CSR interview questions

Easy process didn’t take long from application to hire. It was simple and my interviewer was easy communicate with. Communication was thorough throughout the process as well. All of my questions were answered as well expectations were set in regards to next steps.

Deal mainly with recruiters, virtual video submission, interview virtual. Long process time, online application, in person interview two times normal process. Sometimes panel interviews with theee managers. It was a fairly normal interview process but took along time.
