CVS Health Customer Service CSR interview questions

I was referred by a current employee and applied online, had a follow up with a recruiter and sent the Hire Vue interview. I applied for the Irving,TX position but was located in Tucson,AZ at the time so most of my interviews were completed over Hire Vue or phone. I had in total 4 interviews with different department personnel. ALOT of behavioral questions and you'll be asked the same question multiple times but my different people. Also be prepared with information on the company and position. Overall they weren't too hard of questions. After one of my last interviews I was specifically told that I would be hearing back by the end of the week or beginning of next week. NEVER heard anything.... 4 calls, 3 voicemails and 2 emails later I finally received a short reply email 2 complete weeks after when they said I should know. CVS itself is a great company, but they really need to focus on how to treat prospective employees, if how they treated me as a prospective employee is any indication of how they treat their actual employees, I am glad they didn't offer me the position.
