CVS Health Customer Service Representative interview questions

It was a two step process of two different interviews or phone calls. One which was to screen by HR and another from the training manager his self. A drug test had to be completed within a certain timeframe. There was an assessment that had to be completed some time after or during the application. This was in 2020 and it was all remote.

Easy, pretty chill just basic behavioral questions. If you never had a job before, but you have common behavioral and thinking skills, then you should be fine for the interview
