Interview
Interviewer was extremely nice, she explained everything in detail that I needed before going on with the interview. They are really concerned that it’s a good fit for you and your lifestyle that you have.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health
Interview
Multiple interviews, honest feedback, no tricks in the process. Knew quickly I got the job. And the onboarding process was all through email and also pretty quick. The only thing that was not great was told their was a $3000 sign on bonus, and while I did get the bonus, it was broken up $1000 after one month, and $2000 after 90 days training. So a little misleading. It should have been called a retention bonus. Not a sign on bonus.

Question 1
Pretty common questions, but was more conversational than rigid.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health (Hayes, VA) in Jul 2022
Interview
First, I had a phone screening, only about a 5 minute call. By the end of the call, they told me they would send me an email to the next stage of the interview process. I had to pick a time and date from the email. The second interview was a web call through Webex. There were 2 interviewers, one asks the questions and the other records your answers. Both people interacted with me. They started out the interview with a background on their careers with CVS/Aetna and then more info on the role for which I was interviewing. They informed me that there is a 20 week training with required 100% attendance and then verified that I wanted to continue the interview. The interview lasted about an hour, including questions I asked them. 5 days later I was offered the position by phone. Once I accepted verbally, they sent me an emailed offer.
