I applied online. I interviewed at CVS Health (Norwalk, CA) in Dec 2018
Interview
They give you a run down of different scenarios to see how you would react to customers special requests or questions. A lot of “what if” scenarios. As long as you answer (with common sense) and give a good attitude about giving the help and not seem rude, you’ll get the job. The more open availability (mainly closing and weekend shifts) the more likely you will be chosen.

Question 1
If we didn’t have a product on the floor and you had some customers in the store, how would you assist a customer asking for that specific product?
Not really too difficult. Management seemed nice. They’re more overall interested in your availability above all else. Super nice staff all things considered and not too difficult of an interview
Fairly easy done with the store manager who wants to know how you would react or what you would do in certain situations. How you would interact with the rest of the team etc

Question 1
Why do you want to work here. What do you know about the company
