Not really too difficult. Management seemed nice. They’re more overall interested in your availability above all else. Super nice staff all things considered and not too difficult of an interview
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at CVS Health (Rochester, MI) in Aug 2013
Interview
Went in and met with the manager for first interview then was called for the second one. Very good with working around my schedule and very professional and kind. Then after getting hired you go to a mini boot camp training course which was simple and only 3 days which they paid you for on top of it which was pretty nice.
Fairly easy done with the store manager who wants to know how you would react or what you would do in certain situations. How you would interact with the rest of the team etc
