CVS Health Shift-Supervisor interview questions

I received a voicemail inviting me to an interview. I called back and the store manager asked if I was willing to do the interview over the phone. He asked how many years of experience I had, my availability, why I left my previous job, and offered me the position immediately. I did all of my onboarding online, and picked my orientation time. Easiest interview I've had yet.

There was no interview, as I am a current employee of CVS they gave me a promotion after applying based on my hard work. My manager was my hiring manager so they knew I was eligible.
