CVS Health Cashier/Sales Associate interview questions

I applied online and after 2 months I got a call for an interview, the interview was awkward. The associates in store didn't even know store manager was working that day! It took another month to receive a job offer after that I went to training for a full day-there were hours of online tests and training in addition to face to face training. Turns out once you are in the store the training is not enforced and it is a free for all.
