I applied online. I interviewed at CVS Health (San Diego, CA) in Aug 2015
Interview
The store manager invites you in to their office for the interview. They have a small two-or-three paged packet with questions they must ask you. While you're sharing your answer the interviewer hand-writes everything you say. In my experience though, the interviewer gave me time to share my prior work experience with a little depth, and time to ask questions about the job.

Question 1
If you were given too many tasks to complete in the time of your shift, how would you handle it and how would you get your work done?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health (Phoenix, AZ) in Dec 2012
Interview
Went well, interviewed with both the store manager and the District manager. Was hired after the new hiring process was initiated. After being hired, it only took me about 5 months to be promoted to a shift B supervisor and even though it can be very difficult sometimes I enjoy it.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at CVS Health
Interview
The interview was very basic on account of I somewhat knew the store manager already. They were also in desperate need of a cashier at the time, so I basically got the job on the spot. I didn't have any retail experience at the time, but I had good job history and a college degree.
