The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2015
Interview
I got a phone call a few weeks after I applied saying that the manager wanted to talk to me. I got an interview scheduled for two days later. At the interview, I was asked some basic questions and basically told about my job at CVS (the location really needed somebody to work week nights and weekends and the manager basically told me over the phone before I even scheduled the interview that I already had the job). During the interview, she asked me my shirt size and told me I'd be getting my new hire paperwork to complete that week. She never even said "you're hired", but it was pretty clear that I already had been. Orientation was pretty simple, just long.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CVS Health (Buena Park, CA) in Jun 2015
Interview
I went to a job fair so my process is different. But they sat me down and asked me about my previous work experience and then immediately tried to see what store I would want to be placed in.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health (Atlanta, GA) in Sep 2015
Interview
After applying for the position at multiple stores, I was called a little over a week later to come in for an interview. After a successful interview I received a call from the interviewer to let me know I would be receiving an email to accept the job offer. I received the email, accepted the offer, and filled out some basic information. Once the background check clears you will be contacted to go to a New Colleague Orientation (NCO). After that you start on your official start date.

Question 1
Why do you want to work for CVS? What is your availability like? It was mostly a casual conversation about the position, the store, and the next steps of the hiring process.
