I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health (New York, NY) in Nov 2014
Interview
I applied for the position on the 17th of October and by a week later I was able to schedule a phone interview. Once I passed I was set up for an in person interview on a Monday. It lasted about 15 minutes and was very easy and laid back. I felt like I wasn't even on an interview the way the supervisor was able to engage. The questions were typical retail/customer service questions. "Why do you want to work here?", "How would you deal with handling multiple tasks?" My resume was right there so the interviewer saw my extensive background in customer service. By Tuesday I received an offer email.

Question 1
What rules, procedures or policies have you had to follow?
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health (Leonia, NJ) in Oct 2014
Interview
I applied early September and received a phone call in the middle of October to schedule a phone interview. They basically just told me what the job was all about and asked about my availability. Super easy breezy. We then scheduled a real interview and the I was very nervous because it was my first ever interview for a job but the manager was super friendly and wasn't intimidating at all which is exactly what a hiring manager should be like. There were no super difficult questions, just make sure to know what to say about yourself if they start off with "so tell me a little about yourself" because I was totally thrown off and didn't know what to say... Other than that it went well. I brought in my resume and dressed professionally and kept my makeup very natural looking.

Question 1
What were your responsibilities for your volunteer work?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CVS Health (Brooklyn, NY) in Aug 2014
Interview
Made me wait awhile for an interview. I had to sit near the pharmacy for 20 minutes before the manager finally came. She seemed very unorganized but tried to act like she was a "no nonsense" type of person, which was furthest from the truth. In my opinion the whole process is a waste of time as you have to fill out a huge amount of online paperwork, go through two orientations. Orientation are just things that your manager can easily tell you when you start working. Huge waste of time in my opinion.
