CVS Health Shift Supervisor interview questions

I applied to many stores and i had an interview with a store manager from one store. I went to the store sat down and had a quick short interview asking a few questions surrounding the resume. After this i was told that i would be contacted by the district manager for a further interview. I didn't get a call back in a very long time, so long in fact that i interviewed with another cvs store and got the job. There will be two sets of interviews one with the store manager second with the district manager.

Just asked questions about my previous job and what i did. Offered me 2 positions and what i had to do in each. I chose to take the Shift Supervisor position.
