Canva Backend Developer interview questions

I applied for backend developers on the portal. The ad says the work will be mainly in Java but open to all language experience. Once I introduced myself and said my main experience was in .Net. The recruiter simply conclude the interview saying you possibility of pass the interview is pretty low since you don't have solid Java experience. Well, it's a pretty fair reason if it is stated in the ad, but a bad one if the HR people don't hire based the ad.

1. Online 2. HR interview 3. Hackrank, pair coding with one engineer 4. Final round (3 hrs), 2 sessions, 1.5 hr per session with two engineers. You can do it on site or via zoom.
