Canva interview questions

A bit on the heavier side compared with many other tech companies, but not surprising given the influence from Atlassian (which has a similarly heavy process, and many people at Canva are formerly from Atlassian). - Initial recruiter screen - hiring manager call - 3 x technical interviews - 1 x Strategy, Communication and Leadership interview The last few are grouped into what they call the "final interview" which is a bit disingenuous since it is more than half a day of several different sessions. After going through these, they unceremoniously dropped me and offered no feedback or information on why I didn't make the bar. Further attempts to get in touch were met with silence, which I find quite disrespectful given the time I invested.

After initial application I was invited to an interviews very quickly(2-3 days after applying). The interview was self-scheduler which made the process smoother as you can choose whatever day and time suits you best. The interview was pleasant and checked a lot of skills and experience required for the role. I got the decision within 3 days which also was great as you know exactly whether you'll be going to the next stage or not and you don't have to wait around.
