I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Canva
Interview
First call with a recruiter, basic questions about past experience etc. There were 5 quiz-like javascript question which I found quite fun. They gave me some tips for the first interview. The first coding interview was a basic algorithmic question using Javascript. The recruiter was really helpful with feedback after the first interview. They provided me a list of different concepts that could be tested in the final interview. Final interview - 3 coding questions testing different concepts. Expected to use Vanilla JS, HTML and CSS. There was also a Strategy, Communication & Leadership interview at the end, you are expected to follow the STARR format.
After I got the verbal offer, I had calls with a few teams and got to choose which team to join (but I believe this goes both ways).

A take-home coding quiz is a common tool used by employers in the technology sector to assess the programming skills of job candidates. This type of assessment allows applicants to showcase their coding proficiency, problem-solving abilities, and creativity in a more relaxed and familiar environment, often their homes. Unlike traditional on-site technical interviews, take-home quizzes provide candidates with the opportunity to approach coding challenges at their own pace, using their preferred resources and tools. Typically, employers will provide a set of problems or a project that requires candidates to write and submit code within a specified timeframe.

Terrible process. They rescinded offers from many people after putting them through a few rounds of interviews. Some moved across country. Be careful about trusting them, they severely hurt a lot of people's lives
