Interview
I had an initial screening with the canva recruitment team. The call seemed to end positively with next steps discussed, however after this I received no further contact or feedback (positive or negative). Attempts to reach out did not yield any success. Eventual I received a level feedback form (months later). Very disheartening experience.

Standard questions on experience and seeing if the opportunity aligned to my experience and career plans.
Had 2 rounds of interviews.
1. With the recruiter
2. With the TPM.
The recruitment team did not provide any feedback and did not give any closure to my application even after following up.
Lack of closure: Candidates invest time and effort in preparing for interviews and engaging with the hiring process. Not receiving any feedback leaves them in a state of limbo, unsure of where they stand and whether they should continue pursuing the opportunity.
Advice: Neglecting to provide feedback to candidates even if it is a rejection can damage the company's reputation over time and discourage qualified candidates from considering future opportunities with the organization.

Interview
Prior to our initial interview, the HR representative made sure that I was well-informed and provided me with the flow of the interview. This allowed me to have a better understanding of what to expect and helped me feel more prepared for the interview. Although I didn't receive a job offer, I appreciated being treated with respect throughout the process and found it to be a positive experience.
