The first round is general interview with some javascript questions. Second round is pairing with either javascript or java. Third round has 4 stages with different kind of things I am unsure of Last round is behavioral interview I thought the interview is very focused on the engineer memorizing different javascript function.

Good, three stages. Had to do things like read code and answer the question which was difficult. Failed on the first stage and didnt progress which was disheartening but the HR person was decent and the process was fairly smooth

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Canva in Feb 2023
Interview
Initial chat with HR then a quick interview with the hiring manager, followed by a 2 hour interview with a group of analysts to go through different case studies. They focus too heavily on technical skills and not enough on the candidate’s attitude and potential. If you didn’t use the exact function they want you to use, even if you tried solving the problem in a different way or showed that you could learn quickly on the spot, they may still think you’re not good enough.
