Spoke to internal recruiter for a job I'd applied several months earlier, but they made it sound like a new role. Only on questioning did they confirm it was the original role I had applied for. I was asked to review the JD again and confirm I was still interested, which I did a couple of days later. Followed up again and I never heard back.
All well and good to tout a great company culture, but the interview process should match up!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Canva in Nov 2020
Interview
Three rounds. First round - product review (create a presentation). Second round - roadmap creation exercise given a goal and data (create a case study). Third round - leadership and drive.
