Canva Senior Software Developer interview questions

Initial chat with talent rep. 1 AI assisted interview and then 4 rounds: behavioural, code review, system design and programming. Took about 3 weeks in total. You'll get matched to random people who aren't really connected to the role you're applying for and at the end of it there's supposedly a team selection process where you might be offered a role you hadn't applied for. This whole process makes you question what you're even doing this for since you'll only get to talk to your potential manager and team mates who could really answer your questions about the role once the process is over.
