I was contacted after my graduation: my university usually hands over the CVs of freshly graduated students to companies in the area. After a first phone call to probe my interest I wall called back to fix an appointment. The first interview was a one-to-one with an HR representative: all very general questions ("what do your friends think about you?" "where do you see yourself in five years?" "what are your long term goals?") a some English tests (English not being my native language).
After a couple of days I was called by the same HR representative to fix the second and last interview with a company vice-president: no technical questions, but a very friendly chat about the consultancy business, my expectations and the project i would probably be staffed. I really like the man, the easy going attitude coupled with a wide knowledge and experience of the consultancy business - I figured all the people choose by him would be great (I was actually right after all).
Two days after this second interview I was called with an offer.
