Good process and transparent operations. The HR selects the CV and calls the candidates first. The candidate is asked to come down for an Interview at the Kolkata office with the manager if selected.There are several rounds and then salary negotiation and HR round. Telephonic round is initial. There are openings floated in job portals.

Applied thru campus recruiting, heard back after on campus case interview and 1 behaviorial. liked the people then we had onsite group case, and one on one interview which i bombed ( read your resume and be prepared to speak on it!)

There are basically 3 rounds
1. Aptitude, which is very easy to crack
2. Pseudo code, to crack one should have the ability to read the code.
3. In TR you have to be confident about your resume and in HR its all about certificates verification
