telephonic round was held for one n half hour two face to face interview both was technical interview manager interview hr round then they took around fifteen days to process my offer letter and finally i got my offer letter and finally i got my joining letter

Had 2 telephonic rounds of interview. After 15 days, I had almost forgotten about the interview, I received offer letter. You can negotiate on CTC if you have any other offer. I had an offer already so negotiated a bit. If you deserve, you'll get it. If you apply for Pune location,make sure that you are interviewed for a project and not for maintaining their bench. Staying on bench is the worst part in Capgemini.
