Capgemini Associate Consultant interview questions

I have applied through campus placements. It consists of three rounds. First is aptitude&technical test combined. Second was technical Interview which they conducted through telephone such a miser people.Third was H.R also through telephone. They need to change the way they hire. They called everyone for H.R interview after an hour later took interview of only two people. Wasting the time of others. These guys don't respect the time of others. Such is the standard of the company. The people who are hired also complain about the pay scale compared to the other companies of this type. They expect the people to work twice as hard but in return give peanuts. I recommend to not to apply and not to waste your time.
