The Capgemini recruitment process is done in three rounds which include; an online assessment, technical interview and an interview with HR. It is essential for a candidate to perform well in all three rounds to be finally considered for the post. All the rounds are conducted with an aim to examine the candidate's skills and qualifications in regards to the job role mentioned by the company. Each round of the Capgemini selection process focuses on testing different angles of a candidate’s personality.
