Interview would depend on the position you will be applying for. Some recruiters are not responsive though and may not provide feedback regarding your application. In my experience, the start of recruitment process was an interview conducted by an HR generalist. Then my profile was endorsed for an exam related to technology applied for. After passing the exam, it is followed by the technical interview then management interview (usually director/senior manager).

I had 2 rounds of technical interview after the HR call.
1st round - basic questions on frontend, and 2nd round by manager.
I was selected by the manager but HR took a long time to respond back to me

HR round with psychometric question to check cultural profile if suitable for company environment
