I attended power electronic engineer position, and the Interview process is four steps 1 telephonic round, 2 First technical round, 3 second technical round, 4 technical interview with clients and the two technical interviews questions are asking from power electronics designing point of view

Applied via company site , got call within week and there were Two Technical rounds and one HR round And whole process took 15 days . Interview was moderate with technical and behaviour questions.
