Capgemini Associated Consultant interview questions

I have attended interview in the month of July 2017. There were 4 rounds of interview. 3 technical + 1 HR. After clearing of all rounds and Salary negotiation. Offer letter is never released till now and reason told by them that I am having 90 days of notice period although it was clearly specified by me prior to the interview process.HR talks in a very rude way. Very disappointed by their behavior.

This was a Campus Interview First Round was an Online Aptitude Test focussing on Quantitative and Verbal Reasoning. Around 50% of the people were eliminated here. Second Round was the Technical Personal Interview. Again around 50% were eliminated. Third Round was the HR PI. I don't think a lot of people got rejected in this round.
