Capgemini Associated Consultant interview questions

It was too much for the position. They had a GD on constructive and destructive criticism, followed by an interview where you find some people with LLBs working for a BPO and asking you irrelevant questions.

Direct Interview, I don't like the interview process. I gave twice first was telephonic and I got selection mail but did not receive any offer letter. Contacted HR multiple times, He said he will release my offer letter. He didnt releas when after 3 months. After that I got a call from same company but different HR for interview again gave telephonic interview selected same story repeats. I got frustrated and went to the Capgemini office asked the security to call HR. She arranged quick 1on1 round.Got selected Released offer letter in 2 days.
