I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Capgemini (Chennai) in Mar 2016
Interview
The Interview process went smooth. It took 1 week to complete the entire process. 1 telephonic and 1 face to face. Immediately they released offer.
The problem started once they released offer, no communication will happen. I still have 15 days of time. So in mean time if i don't see any proper communication. I will evoke my offer. A very bad HR team.
