Interview
I was from Mainframe SAS background and the opening was for Windows SAS for which they've not got single candidate. Almost 20 were there for interview(all Mainframe). The co-ordinating HR person called the one who sent us Interview invitation and was literally shouting "Why the Mainframe people had been called?". Almost all the candidate felt uneasy and embarrassed.
1st Round - Technical, more questions from Adv SAS, Macros and Optimization
2nd Round - Management, just to check if you understand full flow of your work, in my case it was ETL end-to-end process
HR Round - Package discussion

Interview
Interview process is quick. The same technical and hr round is done. Technical round was up to the mark. They will ask you as many questions possible to test you correctly. My technical interview I guess went for around 1 hour few minutes. After some minutes only hr round was also done.I have got the offer within 1 week of interview itself.

First they called in the Telephonic Interview to minimal Validation of the Candidate, Which was pretty Normal, Basics on the Role.
Then First Round going little Detail on the Role
Then Second Round, After which depends upon our performance :)
