I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capgemini in Feb 2010
Interview
The client has huge requirement and any one is with minimum knowledge is getting the opportunity. The technical insight is very less in the interview as the position we learnt later does not have much technical need as its a support project. Capgemini basically outsources people to the clients and hence no one from capgemini did not interview me and once the client interviewed and said ok CG took me.Thats it
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini in Mar 2012
Interview
I first interviewed with Capgemini on our University campus. The interview went very well, and I hit it off quite well with the recruiter. I was then contacted the next week to set up the Final Round interview at their office.
The on-site interview consisted of three 1:1 interviews with senior management. It is completely behavioral and they just want to get to know you and how you would fit within their company.
My only issue was with HR. They did not contact me until well after the date they said they would tell us about our potential offer. I had to send numerous emails to get a response. It made them seem unorganized.
The interviewers and the interview process was pretty good though.
