Interview
Unprofessional HR and Rude BGV Process - Not Worth the Stress
Non-attentive Interviewer: The interviewer throughout my interview was probably driving around because I could hear traffic and car indicators being used during the interview where my video was on but his video was off after the screenshot was taken.
Miscommunication: Recruiters provided conflicting information about the role, compensation, and urgency throughout the process.
Unrealistic Expectations: Pressured me to resign immediately after releasing provisional OL despite being upfront about my DOJ and notice period, without any buy-out option.
Pressure Tactics: Uncomfortable requests for full bank statements and a screen-sharing meeting to access net banking.
Rude Behavior: Both HR representatives and the BGV representative were disrespectful and dismissive throughout the interview process.
Toxic Culture: The entire experience, from mixed messages to the way they treat candidates feels toxic.
Lowball Offer: Despite initially discussing a 60% raise, the final offer was only a 40% raise which still resulted in almost no net salary increase due to a low base (2.5% hike) and standard allowances (all taxable if not claimed for reimbursement). Barely any change in HRA.
Bait and Switch: Originally discussed a hybrid role, but then mentioned it could become WFO depending on the project. The conveyance allowance quoted will barely cover 2 month's commute for me given that I live 30kms away (60kms/day)

Question 1
React, JS and HTML basics - nothing too complex. Anyone who has no experience but has done a crash course 30 minutes before the interview can crack it.
